How to Start a Return

Not satisfied with your purchase? You may initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your package.

As a first step, contact Support@sporteis.com and include:

Your order number

The item(s) you wish to return

You are responsible for return shipping costs and for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We will provide the return address and return form via email. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unwashed

Be unused

Have original tags attached

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you by email whether it has been approved.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for United States , Canada , United Kingdom , Australia , New Zealand , Netherlands , Spain , Poland , Sweden , France , Belgium , Denmark , Italy ..

To start the process, contact Support@sporteis.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive and verify that the item meets the required conditions (new, unused, unwashed, with original tags), we will process your refund within 10 days using the original payment method.

If you have not received your refund within 15 days after our confirmation email, please contact us again at Support@sporteis.com.

Damaged Product

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us immediately at Support@sporteis.com with a brief explanation of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Size, Color, or Item Received

If you receive the wrong size, color, or item, please take photos and contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We understand the inconvenience and will work to resolve the issue promptly.
